  • My lovable angel Franklin was bitten on the face by a venomous snake on a Sunday afternoon. I rushed him to the emergency clinic where we were welcomed in and seen immediately. He is still in critical condition but thanks to the care he received we are optimistic. I called every 2 hours, sometimes every hour And a half. Each time my call was answered and I was given any new details about my baby. I was allowed to see him and spend time with him in the comfort room two times during his 48 hour stay. I am so grateful for this team of kind and compassionate people.

  • Best ER around! Our pup decided he wanted the 7 chicken wing bones that were in the trash, along with the pad under your chicken packages! ... They all rocked. They worked as a team to come to a solution. They were all so personable & put our anxiety at ease. Forever will be grateful for this ER. Felt comfortable leaving our little man over night for two nights without a worry! Highly recommend!!

  • Our little 10 y/o dog was in big trouble. Our vet was "too busy" to see her and did not consider a G I bleed an emergency. Their team quickly diagnosed her with hemorrhagic gastritis, a life threatening condition. They saved her . Their facility is clean, caring, and compassionate. Thanks to their skilled staff we have our little one back good as new. They were also upfront regarding fees and costs and did their best to keep us updated. I highly recommend them if you unfortunately find yourself in need.

Wait times are determined by the urgency of each case. While waiting can be stressful, stable pets waiting for care is a sign they are not in immediate danger. We encourage bringing a book or other distractions to help pass the time.
