Michelle brings more than 14 years of experience in the veterinary field to her role as Hospital Manager. She has extensive experience overseeing day-to-day hospital operations and is deeply committed to fostering clear communication, operational excellence, and a compassionate experience for every client and patient.
Michelle places a strong emphasis on client communication and satisfaction, ensuring that pet owners feel informed, supported, and confident in the care their pets receive—especially during stressful or emotional situations.
Outside of the hospital, Michelle proudly embraces her role as a “baseball mom” and can often be found cheering on her son at college baseball games as he takes the mound. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and is always eager for her next adventure.
